We will be a small bread bakery, based on the CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) model. Customers will purchase monthly shares of bread, rather than a loaf here or there. This way, we will cut down on waste because we will know how many we are baking for. We will support local and organic farms, using local wheat, honey, and milk to bake with.
